Inside a block
Each block begins by framing the problem with the Of One method: who owns the risk, what counts as a good result, what is true of your systems now, and which limits are fixed.
Next comes your own material: the AI tools staff already use, the agents that can send, pay or change records, your vendor list, and the path a payment change takes through finance.
Typical output is an AI tool inventory, a draft acceptable-use policy, a short list of agent permissions to tighten, and a vendor question set you can reuse.
What leaves with you
Decisions on paper, each with its reason, a ranked list of next controls, and checks you can repeat alone the following week.
This is education and working time, not an audit, a certification or a guarantee. Legal, regulatory and insurance questions belong to you and your own counsel.
