What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a bank-detail change gets verified with a call back.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

Who does the work

You work side by side with our build-with-you coaches. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

Every agent works only on your systems, and a shared on-call rotation backs the controls 24/7, with response times in writing.

What we do

We find the AI already running in the company, including tools staff adopted on their own and agents built into software you pay for, and keep that list current.

We put controls around it: separate credentials for each agent, approval steps for payments and deletions, secret scanning, reviews of the tools agents may call, and logs someone actually reads.

When something looks wrong, a shared 24/7 on-call rotation answers, with response times in writing, and we write up what happened so the next response is faster.

Engagement rhythm

Frame: together we put the Of One method to work on which risks matter most, what cannot change, and what comes first.

Ship: one control at a time goes live, each with a test that shows it works.

Drill: we rehearse incidents that involve AI, from a leaked key to a deepfake call to finance, and fix what the drill exposes.

Adapt: when tools or threats shift, the affected piece is swapped out while the rest of the program keeps working.
